David has worked in the area of Educational ICT for 25 years, working in all phases of education and has been a Director or EdICTs for over 10 years now.

As a Consultant he has been a key contributor to the design process of many new school buildings, with particular responsibility for the specification, procurement and installation of ICT equipment and infrastructure.  He has overseen all of EdICTs’ BSF and Academy programmes – totaling more than 30 major school capital build projects to date.  As an LA advisor, David advised schools on procurement processes and helped manage a procurement service for schools – both primary and secondary.  He has also represented LAs in negotiations with PFI contractors for the ICT services in new schools.

Currently supporting the Brighton Aldridge Community Academy, the Merthyr Learning Quarter (MLQ) and providing ICT consultancy to the Borough of Poole.  He continues to support the States of Guernsey school building programme, in addition to curriculum development work with their 24 schools.

David is building on the success of his involvement with 2 International schools in Kazakhstan.  He is now working with UK architects to support the Aga Khan Academies which are dedicated to expanding access to education of an international standard of excellence across Africa and Asia.
