EdICTs is please to introduce our new SLA package for primary schools. We offer a two tier support package.
The first tier of the package runs in conjunction with you. Through discussion with yourself to ensure we get the right person for your school, we will seek to appoint a local ICT technician who will provide onsite support for ½ day per week (or more if you wish). This person will receive initial training during the installation and commissioning period and will provide first line support to your school. This technician could be a trusted parent, or we could extend the hours of a teaching assistant. He/she will have access to our senior technical team who will provide telephone support to him/her and will also undertake remote access based maintenance.
The second tier of the support package is through a number of planned days by our senior team to undertake major work and address critical faults if they should arise.
The SLA can be modified in any way to provide a tailored support solution to meet the needs of your school.
